IGVF-1770 Update UI for CrisprModification and DegronModification objects (#550)

* Move existing modification page to handle CrisprModification objects.
* Add initial degron modification page. It has a bug that I’ll get to, and I still need to add new property displays and remove unneeded ones.
* Add tables to display biosamples_modified on the modification pages.
* Add list-view results for CRISPR and Degron modification objects.
* Update all SampleTable calls to add a `reportLabel` property.
* Remove Product ID from both modification pages.
