extauth-hook-AD: XS8: PBIS was replaced by Winbind: Delete PBIS code

Remove the PBIS code from python3/plugins/extauth-hook-AD.py:

PBIS support was deleted from XS8 Dom0 and replaced by Winbind.

Therefore, PBIS code could be removed from Xapi as well, I assume.

These could be removed too:
ocaml/tests/test_extauth_plugin_ADpbis.ml
ocaml/xapi/extauth_plugin_ADpbis.ml
scripts/pbis-force-domain-leave

PBIS is also referred to in those and would need changes too:

ocaml/xapi/extauth_plugin_ADwinbind.mli
ocaml/xapi/xapi_globs.ml
