Docs fixup (#85)

* Add packages to setup.py so that pip install picks up all the code.

* Generate automodule files via sphinx-apidocs and include them in index.rst

* Prepare configuration for documentation building.

* Interlink with Construct's and Python's docs; add a new word to the
spelling_wordlist.txt to silence a detected spelling error in
test_messages; add pytest as a dependency of the docs tox env so that
sphinx can import the tests.

* Add a rtd-requirements.txt with pytest so tests will import.

* Fix doctest ImportError failure for docs tox env

* Don't use the spelling directive, so that Read the Docs doesn't emit spurious errors.

RTD doesn't run the spelling builder even though it installs the
Sphinx spelling extension.  That means Sphinx doesn't process the
spelling directives correctly.  Drop them and put all the exemptions
into the global word list.

* Fix typo

* Convince Travis to tell us about spelling mistakes.

* Quell spelling failures on Travis.
