feat!: Use `num_traits::Const{Zero, One}`

- Introduce constants `{B, X}FieldElement::{ZERO, ONE}`.
- Narrow the trait bound on `FiniteField` to use the `Const` traits.
- Use the new associated `const`s liberally.

BREAKING CHANGE: Replace public constants `BFIELD_ZERO` and `BFIELD_ONE`
with implementations of the the trait `ConstZero` and `ConstOne`,
respectively. The new syntax for accessing the same elements is
`BFieldElement::ZERO` and `BFieldElement::ONE`, respectively.
