Document passkeys package (#394)

Fixes #381 

Changes in PR:
- [x] Add description for contracts: Signer factory, Proxy, singleton
    - Mention each signer is a proxy contract
- Mention proxy configuration i.e., verifier information, public key,
singleton are all immutables
- Mention how data is passed from proxy to singleton (verifier
information, public key appended to calldata)
- Mention about expected `bytes` signature content in `WebAuthn` library
- [x] Mention compiler settings
