Fix for 3rd party packages.  Fix for shiny for python HTML header management. (#138)

1.  Some package installation targets, such as [rstudio], omitted required third party packages. Unless the developer using the canvasxpress package also installed the required packages some scenarios would not work.  The corrected references forces installation of the required supporting packages.  This is fixed.
2.  Shiny for Python does not correctly / uniquely add script and link headers when writing HTML. Created custom logic for shiny rendering that correctly manages the injection of CanvasXpress sources to the HTML page's headers. This is fixed.
