Support Shiny for Python, RStudio IDE Viewer, Global graph(), Better Docs (#136)

1. Shiny for Python is now supported!
2. RStudio IDE's Viewer pane is now targeted when running chart code + graph() in the IDE.
3. graph() and show_in_browser() are now the primary means by which charts are rendered.
4. PyPI docs overhauled and improved with configuration, event, pinning, rendering, etc. information and how-to.
