feat!: streamline accessing AET's heights

In particular:
- the height of any table can be queried using `aet.height_of_table(…)`
- the height-dominating table can be identified using `aet.height()`

BREAKING_CHANGE: Previous methods for accessing various table's lengths
are replaced and thus removed.
