feat!: generate profiles despite unfinished tasks

A `TritonProfiler`'s report can be generated
- if some of the profiled tasks have not completed,
- if there are no tasks, and
- without an explicit preceding call of `.finish()`.

If profiler termination and report generation happen at vastly different
times, the manual call to `.finish()` is still beneficial.
