Migrate `UpdateMessageSignatureDto` to `zod` (#1334)

This migrates the validation of `UpdateMessageSignatureDto` to `zod`:

- Remove `UpdateMessageSignatureDtoValidationPipe` and associated schemas.
- Add test-covered `UpdateMessageSignatureDtoSchema` and infer types from it.
- Propagate type requirements.
- Update tests accordingly.
