Migrate `GetEstimationDto` to `zod` (#1331)

This migrates the validation of `GetEstimationDto` to `zod`:

- Remove `GetEstimationDtoValidationPipe` and associated schemas.
- Add test-covered `GetEstimationDtoSchema` and infer types from it.
- Propagate type requirements.
- Update tests accordingly.
