Add support for different output formats in stats command (#756)

This commit introduces the ability to specify the output format for the
stats command in the CLI. Users can now choose between table, list,
JSON, and TOML formats. The StatsArgs struct has been updated with a
new field to handle the output format option, and the GetStatsCmd
struct now processes this option to generate the desired output.
Integration tests have been extended to cover all new output formats.

Using JSON output format for the post release test to verify if message
count is correct after the test.

This closes #749
