Improve temporal handling (#475)

fixes: https://github.com/creek-service/creek-kafka/issues/463

- Move code for creating serde into a more easily functionally tested `JsonSchemaSerdeFactory` class.
- Add tests similar to BaseObjectMapperTest, but which test the JSON is valid against the schema.
