[NU-1212] Add documentation for Component OpenApi (#5182)

* Created examples for ComponentApiEndpoints

* Changes to ProcessAction example
Changes to summary of examples to better describe what is presented

* Updated nu-designer-openapi.yaml to include added examples

* Renamed test file for ComponentApi to follow the same naming convention as AppApi

* Added information about Component OpenAPI to Changelog.md

* Fixed a typo in one of examples
