Use local window, document in JsdomPageLoader.load

This makes the code a little more compact and readable. Also:

- Updated importModulesDynamically as a result.
- Added DOMContentLoaded listener to document instead of window, as is
  more proper.
- Improved the comment explaining why it's necessary to register the
  event listeners before awaiting the Promises that wrap them.
