Feat/emcomposition/support storage function (#2833)

• pytorchEMcompositionwrapper.py
  - add PytorchEMCompositionWrapper class (wrapper for EMComposition)

• pytorchcomponents.py
  - remove pytorch_function_creator

• function.py
  - Function: add _get_pytorch_fct_param_value()
 
• transferfunctions.py, combinationfunctions.py, learningfunctions.py
  - add _gen_pytorch_fct() for functions that suppport PyTorch

• compositon.py
 - NodeRole: add BIAS

• inputport.py
  - fix bug in inputport.py.__init__() that was ignoring default_input specified in params

• test_composition.py
  - add test_BIAS
