IGVF-1204 Cypress test for all list and report pages (#357)

* Clear “Cannot find type definition file for "cypress"” ESLint error by installing type definitions for Cypress and adding to the tsconfig.
* Update npm packages.
* Have individual profile, search, and multireport pages display the collection-titles-mapped title instead of the schema title. That makes all object titles consistent.
* Add a primitive form of a Cypress test that can visit every link on the Schemas page. I’d like to use navigation instead of loading a URL as a next step. Don’t forget to remove the skipped test.
* Instead of loading each list and report page, navigate to each of them. Remove the skip on the previous test. Update tsconfig to work with Cypress, so that Cypress has Intellisense.
* Added a delay for each navigation to the list and report pages to avoid “Failed to execute 'measure' on 'Performance': The mark 'beforeRender' does not exist” error that’s apparently fixed in NextJS 13.5.1.
