End2end tests: Logging support; LPAR related support

Details:

* Added a setup_logging() function to the end2end _utils.py module,
  which can be used by end2end testcases to set up logging to a file.
  The testcase can log, and the zhmcclient HMC interactions will be
  logged.

* Added support functions for end2end testcases dealing with LPARs
  (classic mode).
  - pull_lpar_status() - gets the current LPAR status from the HMC.
  - ensure_lpar_inactive() - ensures that the LPAR is inactive, for test
    preparation and cleanup.
