* Remove manual deletion of files dotnet publish used to create

* Fix up docs links

* More doc link fixups

* Fix FAnsiSql Implementations README links

* Make GUI and CLI Windows exes single-file, update MSI accordingly

* Build source zip early on for inclusion later
