[Perseus Analytics] Add and implement 'perseus:expression-focused' event (#707)

## Summary:

This PR implements a new analytics event: `perseus:expression-focused`. This event is fired whenever the `expression` widget input receives focus. 

Issue: LC-861

## Test plan:
