Feat/models/ego mdp (#2782)

• memoryfunctions.py
  - ContentAddressableMemory:
    - support retrieval of weighted sum of entries based on distances and distance_field_weights (e.g., using SoftMax)
    - if distance_field_weights all == 0, treat as retrieval_prob=0

• test_memory.py
   - add test_ContentAddressableMemory_weighted_retrieval
   - modify test_ContentAddressableMemory_errors_and_warnings per above
