[Decorations] Fix issue with X11 render

The recent drawer refactor tried to use `RecordingSurfaces` for all
content of widgets. This did not work on x11 where there were
semi-transparent decorations.

This is (hopefully) a temporary fix to address artefacts that arose as a
result of those changes.
