Add standard deviation to properties, update xclim.sdba.properties.trend documentation (#1445)

### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Add new function ``xclim.sdba.properties.std``to calculate the
standard deviation of a variable over all years at a given time
resolution.
* Add a test for the above.
* Amended the documentation of ``xclim.sdba.properties.trend`` to
document already existing functionality of calculating the return values
of scipy.stats.linregress.
* Modified the test for the above to test all 6 possible return values
of scipy.stats.linregress.
