Merge pull request #69 from jedi58/develop

`ConfigManager` is now in `services` array for the `Application` 
This is to allow easier reference to this and other Manager objects from across the application.

Added sign-in interface
`FormBuilder` is now utilised to produce the contents of the sign-in page. Further work is required before it is ready such as CSRF protection.

`FormBuilder` improvements [#53]
- Added support for `fieldset` and `legend` elements this involved moving the calculation of partials into `form__abstract.html.twig`
- Fixed issue with outputting of `aria`-* attributes
- Fixed issue with use of `name[]` names in choice elements
- Form's properties are now defined by an array in the constructor
- Component's properties are now defined by an array in the constructor
- Fixed issue where button names and ids were printed even if empty

First steps towards styling the sign-in page for the admin area
