Merge pull request #60 from jedi58/develop

Moved everything from `Inachis\Component\Common` namespace into `Inachis\Component\CoreBundle` namespace for consistency

Added StorageManagerInterface [#55]
This provides an interface which `SessionStorage`, `ApcStorage`, etc. will implement.

`RoutingManager` will now use configuration [#20]
Configuration will be loaded from `config/twig.json` if it exists and can specify `Twig_Environment` options, and/or Extensions to add

General changes for PSR-2 compliancy
