Improve code readability of state handlers (#2511)

* Reduce useCallback duplication in Playground handlers

Also renamed `memoizedHandlers` to `autorunButtonHandler` for better
code clarity as well as consistency with how other handlers are
memoized.

* Merge tab handlers to be under same useMemo call

* Update test snapshots
