MariaDB 11.0 support

This commit marks MariaDB 11.0 as a supported DB flavor, now that its GA
release occurred on June 6. No significant functional changes were required,
as none of MariaDB 11.0's changes directly affect DDL or schema management.

Some minor tweaks were made to flavor-parsing fallback logic to account for
the new MariaDB major version number of 11 instead of 10. Additionally, some
integration test logic was adjusted to account for MariaDB 11.0 Docker images
no longer including symlinks from `mysql` to `mariadb` for the command-line
client.
