IGVF-754 Add links to search and report pages for each schema (#198)

* Update npm packages.
* Add search and report links to each item on the schemas page.
* Add a module to display schema icons. Display the schema icon nex tto each schema title link.
* Rename the SchemaIcon Jest test.
* Add Voiceover text to the new list and report buttons, as well as the existing link to the individual schema pages. Reduce a bit of code duplication. Correct a comment.
* Undo accidental un-revert from last conflict-resolution merge.
