IGVF-743 Change navigation buttons into links (#197)

* Simplify components for navigation links and buttons to reduce code duplication.
* Add data-test ID to schema-page links. Use this to make breadcrumb Cypress tests more reliable.
* Temporarily change cdk config for the demo.
* Remove the now-unused `linkReloadable` function.
* Add /.idea to .gitignore. The WebStorm IDE generates this directory at the root of every project.
* Get rid of a now-unneeded function.
* Revert cdk demo config.
* Try to get Cypress tests to pass on CircleCI by using Chrome instead of Electron as a test browser.
