pybricks/util_pb/pb_task: Revert "Don't wait for cancel on shutdown."

This reverts commit 7d34df4cd.

Due to changes in the Bluetooth drivers, this now causes undefined
behavior due to trying to continue to run pbio_task_t tasks that were
stack allocated and are popped from the stack due to MicroPython
exception handling.

A different workaround was added in 7a8a849. "sys/program_stop: add hack
to workaround Bluetooth lockup" instead.
