IGVF-525 Fix generic errors when saving objects (#151)

* Experiment with getting a new request object before each request on the edit page to avoid getting the wrong CSRF token when writing a modified object to igvfd.
* Have the demo use the dev igvfd demo.
* Update npm packages.
* Revert backend_url setting
