DEC-801:
-Found a problem whereby the items kept appearing to change when going through a full cycle of export/import. Fixed by setting the order of the date keys to match the order they are stored in postgres (See DEC-812 for more info)
-Now that all meta fields are stored as arrays, extended the param cleaner to recursively clean values inside of arrays nested within a hash
-Changed metadata input cleaner to remove nil values before removing the key so that fields with values of [nil] would be removed.
