DEC-801:
-Rewrote the handling of user defined id in import since this is not an actual field.
-Changed import rewrite to nest the hash to match the item structure, ex: { user_defined_id: "id", metadata: { name: "name" } }. Prior to this it was all flat because of the item store_accessors.
-Changed find or create item to use the meta setter for updating the metadata field
