IGVF-213 Add TSV file downloads to the collection report views (#60)

* Add the Download TSV button and functionality.
* Make the responsiveness better. Adjust some of the comments.
* Have a maximum cell length for Excel.
* Some refactoring, and adding instructions for downloading TSV files. Added the Tailwind CSS typography module to style paragraphs.
* Use Tailwind CSS typograophy instead of <Paragraph> component, and remove paragraph.js as typography takes care of those styles. Customize the “prose” class in the Tailwind CSS configuration file. No longer require identifier names to be at least two characters as it causes too many issues with legitimate single-character identifiers.
* Update npm packages.
* Update the Excel import modal images to be clearer what you should look for in the modal.
* Move collection download to its own file.
* Have the Excel example image properly respond to dark-mode changes. Clarify the text of the modal a little.
* Add mechanism to have a default element within a modal to focus when the modal opens. Add accessibility to the close button in the modal header.
* Remove now-unused imports. Remove unused Tailwind CSS class.
* Remove unused function. Check whether the default item actually exists before focusing it in the Modal.
* Add Jest test for new generateTsvFromCollection function.
* Connect demo to alpha data provider.
* Allow getMultipleObjects() to filter out errored responses so that the front end can simply deal with the good responses. This fixes an issue where errored responses returned the default values within an array, but then the front end has to check for those default values, which is a pain.
* Add a row before the header in the TSV that has the current date and time, and the URL to generate the contents of this table. Change the Excel example images to more clearly show these are an Excel example and not part of the site.
