IGVF-103 Display dbxrefs (#61)

Commit Log

* Add a dbxref processor class and React component to display a list of them. The new “gene” directory just lets us test many kinds of dbxrefs and must be deleted before PR.
* Add Jest tests.
* Fix up comments.
* Update temporary gene page to use new FetchRequest module.
* Remove the temporary gene page that I used for testing more kinds of dbxrefs.
* Update npm packages.
* Rewrite package-lock.json.
* Add dbxrefs to the new genes page.
* Specify the alpha demo as the data provider for this demo. Remove before merging to dev.
* Back out backend_url in cdk config before merging to dev.
