* Add the report view to assay terms, phenotype terms, and sample terms.
* Make assay term, phenotype term, and sample term objects editable.
* Update npm packages except for Cypress 9.7.0.
* Need to use the igvfd alpha demo instead of the test-inserts demo as this demo’s data provider.
* Accidentally added a slash after the backend demo URL.
* Back out demo data provider URL.
