Untested Lua script and even timestamps.

Working but untested Lua script.

Song.attrs needs to provide an FTIME formatted timestamp. Not Unix time.

Converting Unix time to 16-bit FTIME (other 16-bit is for FDATE) loses
half a second since conversion involves dividing seconds by 2. Therefore
Song will round down to even numbers using bitwise operations.

Renamed datetime_to_ftime() to epoch_to_ftime() since Song will use it
too.

Uploading staged files to /MUSIC instead of /.

Additional logging. Logging errors to error instead of info.

Coverage will only fail if coverage is under 95% during normal testing.
Avoids annoying stack trace when doing tox -- tests/path/to/test.py.
