Merge pull request #671 from marscher/devel_refactor_transformer_rebased_on_devel

Coordinates package uses new design for Estimators, Readers and Iterators. 

* User-API has been preserved.
* Estimators are sklearn compatible.
* Support for fragmented trajectories (grouped files will be treated like one big trajectory).
* TICA and PCA use covartools extension to calculate covariances/mean of data in an optimized
  way, which saves one pass over the data.
* Transformer (which used to be the super class of nearly every class in coordinates) has been
   renamed to StreamingTransformer and contains only necessary stuff.
* DataSource is new interface for Pipeline elements.
* DataSource is an Iterable, which provides streaming iterator access to underlying data.
* Iterators are able to change chunk size and stride during iteration (iterators store their own context).
* Random access strategies implemented for supported readers (data in memory, 
  random accessible MD formats) by slicing patterns.
