Fix #215. Merge feature is overlap/adjacent if non spreadfeature and merge spreadfeature only if adjacent (like that avoid problem with ribosomal slippage). It is done by using an extra check step called _check_all_level3_locations. Remove _manage_location function replaced by more specific functions named merge_features and _merge_adjacent_and_overlaping_locations + simplify _check_exons and_check_utrs accordingly. Change name check_all_levelx_positions to  check_all_levelx_locations.
