Write co-registration settings to JSON param file (#60)

* Initial commit of new co-registration settings saving

* Update pipeline for specifying coregistration JSON file

* Add comments on what happens when coreg_path is None

* Allow user to specify custom coregistration file name in notebook

* Remove user specification of coreg JSON file, require user to run update_coregistration_params.ipynb first

* Add new method to save co-registration parameters

* Add (finally) a test function for interactive tma remapping

* Move saving logic to tiling_utils.py

* Update comment on saving co-registration parameters

* More comment changes

* Remove stage to optical constants from settings.py
