Adds a new feature to the way reports are kept as data within the setup.py package distribution settings. Adds example dataset and replaces the report directory with a new directory. Initializing a new report for k-mer distribution analysis and PCA + k-means analysis. Formally adds the initial Cac_subsample_correlations.txt data file into the repository's history. Some changes to bin/kdb. Minor bugfixes in addition. For example, --output-delimiter added for get_matrix(), minor changes to help string, adds proper sys.stdin parsing for 'kdb matrix' via get_matrix(). Also separates ecopy normalization from NEW! DESeq2 normalization (which outputs ints by default).
