Enabling the endpoint slices if the cluster supports
The EndpointSlices feature gate is disabled by default in k8s versions 1.17 (and prior), but enabled by default in versions 1.18 and later.
when this feature is enabled, both Endpoints, and EndpointSlices, resources are created by k8s.
EndpointSlices are supported by ACI CNI release 5.2 onwards. The ACI CNI will program the datapath based on either EndpointSlices or Endpoints.
The determination whether to respond to EndpointSlices or Endpoints is done based on by reading the default Kubernetes service and check whether it is attached to endpointslices

When upgrading from k8s 1.17 to 1.18, you will need to restart the ACI CNI pods after the k8s 1.18 upgrade in order to switch from Endpoints to EndpointSlices
