Commit Message

Add dependency inference for `pex_binary`'s `entry_point` and `python_awslambda`'s `handler` fields (#11245)

Beyond boilerplate reduction, this often results in smaller cache keys because the dep inference will always use file dependencies, rather than BUILD target dependencies.

We allow users to turn off both implementations through the new `[python-infer].entry_points`.
