Reduce ImageDataGenerator memory footprint. (#436)

* Preserve `dtype` when creating batched samples for all `ImageDataGenerators`.

* `SemanticIterators` transform data during `get_batches_of_transformed_samples` to avoid creating a copy of the data for every transform.

* Implement batched transforms for `CroppingIterator`.

* Clean up 3D semantic data generator logic; simplified loops and DRYed out a lot of code.

* Use a smaller `dtype` when possible for transformed labels, `uint8` for classifications, `K.floatx()` for floats.
