Only apply query predicates changes for fork-sensitive entities (#935)

* remove the globally applied modifications to predicate queries aimed
   at removing the invalidated data from results
 * explicitly define a flag parameter to apply the modified query
 * add some logging
 * adapt the tests
 * enumerate the entities that are impacted by forks at the ApiOperation
   level with an manual enumeration with the idea of improving this
   in the future with a database query that would collect this
   information via metadata
