Enable Zipping (#13)

* got it working for tests

* got it working with lzutf8 - so less manual coding

* got functionality working

* working on ui

* get modal message setup working

* get dialogue setup too

* make ? button match the others

* add unzipping system tests

* cleanup for publish

* wrap text

* use _debug_log

* default compression on and fix typo

* mark for compression marks as dirty

* if was compressed, default to continue to compress

* fix tests by importing jquery

* move mock jquery to tests
