Reworked bad-path explainer (#127)

* reworked bad-path explainer as discussed in issue #113

* specified problematic folder, moved testing into temp directory

* seeded random matrix generation in spatial_analysis_test

* reversed loop over parent paths in validate_paths

* broadened path validation test cases

* pep8 said i did a bad thing

* corrected logic/messages to require '../data' prefix

* updated regex, and changed cwd to scripts in test_validate_paths

* added path validation to notebooks to cover external dataloaders (i.e xr.load_dataarray)

* corrected erroneous validation of non-files
