* reindex associations: Nomencalture->Digital Object; Geographic->Institution; Institution->[DigitalObject, Collection]; Collection->DigitalObject

* use autosave to save and reindex Metastreamable relationships

* add reindex_digital_object callback to Mappings::HostCollection

* additional test fixtures for dev purposes

* refactor #reindex_descriptable_objects

* more refactoring of ReindexDescriptable; add specs

* refactor specs for ReindexDescriptable

* specs for Geographic#reindex_associated_institutions

* specs for Collection and Institution reindexing callbacks

* specs for various reindexing callbacks

* use find_each for better perfomance
