Refactor/split monolith into sbt modules (#764)

* Change the structure of project by splitting monolith into 3 different sub-modules: core, lorre, api.

* Extract another module for GenSchema (database) and refactor build.sbt

* Partially split configuration and ensure applications are working correctly

* Change command aliases in build.sbt for running components

* Fix integration with tests coverage plugin

* Introduce another module for smoke tests

* Remove outdated file from docker building process

* Port the Lorre configuration to proper folder after splitting
