761 - support stakerdao contract (#787)

* Introduce the stackerdao entry in the token registry

* Use an "inverse" function to read hex-account addresses for tokens

 * define the code to read addresses as b58check
 * remove the indirect search for matching accounts with the key-hash
 * remove dead code
 * update tests

* Correct token name and update the type to customize stakerdao FA1.2

* Handle TNS paramas as micheline format too as fallback

* Upgrade the token contract handling to allow usage of the parameters

 * change definitions for the Token toolbox to allow also processing
   the transaction parameters
 * update the existing contract to the new changes
 * extract and pass the parameters when operating on big map diffs
   to update token balances

* Update the token contracts classes to work with staker-dao

* Add a test for stakerdao expectations

 * fix the contract handling to handle both sender/receiver updates
 * minor refactors in existing token tests
